The winning number is posted immediately after the drawing on the Panthers GameDay app, on the Winners page of this website, at nhl.com/panthers/community/5050raffle, and on Twitter @FlaPanthersCARE during the 3rd period of each game.
No, you do not need to be present to win. However, you must claim your prize within 7 business days. For complete details, see the Official Rules.
If you have the winning ticket, you will be contacted via text message and/or email within 24 hours of the drawing. You can also contact the Florida Panthers Foundation directly at community@floridapanthers.com.

Yes. The Florida Panthers Foundation is required by law to withhold 24% of prizes over $5,000 for federal taxes if you are a U.S. citizen or resident alien with a Social Security Number. Different rules apply for non-resident aliens.
Your single raffle number is entered multiple times based on your purchase package. For example, if you bought a $150 package with 2,000 chances, your ticket number will be entered 2,000 times in the drawing.
Check your text messages and then spam or junk mail folder first. If you still can't find them, email community@floridapanthers.com with your name, phone number, and the phone number used or email address used in your Panthers GameDay account.
Location verification is required to confirm eligibility. The raffle is only available to individuals within a 75-mile radius of Amerant Bank Arena at the time of entry, as required by law.
Go to your phone or tablet settings and enable location access for the Panthers GameDay app. You can also enable it through your GameDay Profile settings within the app.
